YouViCo (the "Service") is an AI-powered visual feedback video collaboration platform operated by ELBA Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This page explains how users of the YouViCo app can delete their account and associated data.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in either of the following ways.

Option A — In the app (immediate)

1. Sign in to YouViCo at https://app.youvico.com or in the mobile app.
2. Open Workspace Settings (on mobile, open the More tab).
3. Go to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Type your account name to confirm, then tap Permanently Delete.

This permanently deletes your account together with all of your workspaces, projects, tasks, and files.

Option B — By email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to [email protected] and include:

• Your registered email address
• Your workspace name

We verify the identity of the requester before processing.
